Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma
A private non-profit which distributes donated food and other grocery items to partner programs in 24 counties to help alleviate hunger.
A Church World Service program, raising awareness and funds for international and local hunger fighting programs. Next CROP Walk: Sunday, September 24 2017.
Emergency Infant Services
For infants and children under 5 years of age in the Tulsa area whose families are in crisis or emergency situations
Habitat for Humanity
In partnership with low-income individuals and families, building houses to eliminate sub-standard housing conditions
Downtown soup kitchen and food pantry for the hungry and homeless.
John 3:16 Mission
Interdenominational Christian ministry providing, food, shelter, clothing and restorative programs
OASIS (Older Adult Services & Interfaith Sharing)
Community based program that provides daytime care for functionality or physically impaired adults
Oklahoma Blood Institute / Blood Drives
Provides transfusion blood products and clinical services. Regular on-site blood drives at Harvard Ave.
Partners in Education – Grimes Elementary School
Linking Tulsa Public School students and teachers with community resources; classroom assistants, reading mentors, test monitors, and more.
Southside Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa
Provides nutritious home-delivered meals and caring contact from volunteer drivers
South Tulsa Community House
assisting families and individuals in the 61st/Peoria area with basic food, transportation, education, and employment assistance
Stand in the Gap
Trains churches to reach out, forming ‘families’ to stand in the gap for ‘neighbors’ in need of relationships and faithful nurture – the orphan, the widow, the prisoner
Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless
Provides shelter, meals and needed services for Tulsa’s homeless
